The PTx Assist Co-pay Assistance Program

If you have commercial insurance, and qualify for this program, you may be able to reduce your out-of-pocket costs to as little as $0 for the first dose and $10 for subsequent doses

  • Patients must have commercial insurance with coverage for their prescription
  • Cash-paying or uninsured patients are not eligible

To qualify, you must meet certain eligibility requirements including:

  • Have a valid prescription for BIZENGRI® (zenocutuzumab-zbco)

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
  • Meet financial eligibility criteria
