Our co-pay program offers support with out of pocket costs for eligible, commercially insured patients

Commercially insured patients who qualify for this program can reduce their out-of-pocket costs to as little as $0 for the first dose and $10 for subsequent doses.

  • Patients must have commercial insurance with coverage for their prescription
  • Cash-paying or uninsured patients are not eligible

If your patient is uninsured or has limited coverage, they may be able to receive their medication at no cost.

To qualify, patients must meet certain eligibility requirements including:

  • Have a valid prescription for BIZENGRI® (zenocutuzumab-zbco)

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
  • Meet financial eligibility criteria
